Mosquito Biology & Identification

Earn 2 CEUs in GHP, L&O or PH with this training program. This program has two section Mosquito Identification and Mosquito biology.  The section on mosquito identification covers the ways to identify the common mosquito genera found in and around residences, You will learn how to differentiate a mosquito from other insects found in wet locations as well as how to differentiate Culex, Aedes and Anopheline mosquitoes and their habitats. The section on mosquito biology covers the life cycle and habitats associated with the common urban mosquitoes. Upon satisfactory completion of the module (>75%) you will receive a form for 2 CEUs to print and return to FDACS at the time of pesticide license renewal.
